ECHONET Consortium
ECHONET is a communication protocol designed to create the “smart homes” of the future. Today, with Wi-Fi and other wireless networks readily available in ordinary homes, there is a growing demand for air-conditioning, lighting and other equipment inside the home to be controlled using smartphones or controllers, or for electricity usage to be monitored in order to avoid wasting energy.
To achieve this kind of low-energy, comfortable, safe and reassuring lifestyle, we first need to create a system of rules or a “communication protocol” that can be read by any manufacturer’s equipment. This is where ECHONET comes in.
The ECHONET Lite specification, in particular, is a communication protocol compatible with the now ubiquitous Internet. It is designed for ease of use and is simpler than the ECHONET specification.
The ECHONET Lite specification is already compatible with more than 100 types of device, and is also being adopted by the smart electric energy meters that will be installed in all households in future.

The Environmental Engineering Association of Thailand (EEAT)was founded in 1983 by an initiative of a group of environmental engineers namely Asso. Thai Generator Association สมาคมเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าไทย
จากการที่วิศวกรรมสถานแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ได้แต่งตั้งคณะอนุกรรมการมาตรฐานเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าเมื่อวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2555 เพื่อจัดทำมาตรฐานออกแบบและติดตั้งเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า ซึ่งใช้เวลาในการจัดทำมาตรฐานดังกล่าวเป็นเวลา 2 – 3 ปี คณะอนุกรรมการฯ มีการประชุมกันทุกเดือนทำให้มีความเห็นไปในแนวเดียวกันว่า ควรจะมีการจัดตั้งชมรมเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าขึ้นเพื่อเป็นศูนย์รวมของผู้ออกแบบ ผู้ควบคุมงาน ผู้ขาย ผู้ติดตั้ง รวมทั้งผู้ที่ทำงานเกี่ยวข้องกับระบบเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าและผู้สนใจทั่วไป เพื่อพัฒนาอาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าทั้งทางด้านกฎหมาย มาตรฐาน ประสบการณ์ เทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ และอื่นๆ จึงได้มีการประชุมเพื่อจัดตั้งชมรมฯ เมื่อวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2557 โดยเชิญตัวแทนจากบริษัทผู้ขาย ผู้ออกแบบ ผู้ควบคุมงาน นักวิชาการ จากมหาวิทยาลัยมาร่วมประชุมที่ห้องประชุมสมาคมผู้ตรวจสอบและบริหารความปลอดภัยอาคาร ชั้น 3 อาคาร วสท. มีมติให้ตั้งเป็นชมรมเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า โดยมี นายธวัช มีชัย เป็นประธานชมรมฯ ต่อมาชมรมได้ปรับเปลี่ยนยกระดับเป็นสมาคมเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าไทย เมื่อวันที่ 7 กรกฎาคม 2558 โดยมีนายธวัช มีชัย เป็นผู้ก่อตั้งและดำรงตำแหน่งนายกสมาคมฯ สมัยแรก (พ.ศ.2558 – พ.ศ.2561) โดยมีผู้ทำงานเกี่ยวข้องกับระบบเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าและผู้สนใจเป็นสมาชิก โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ

TIDA, previously the “Interior Decoration Association of Thailand“ was established in 1985 by Professor Jakra Siripanich, former Dean of the Faculty of Interior Decoration, Silpakorn University in conjunction with other Thai professors and interior designers from various institutions. At the inaugural board meeting on 8 September 1985, Committee Members elected Khun Manus Rakjai as the first President of the Association. After establishing its operations and framework over the following years, the President and the committee members resolved to change the association’s name to the “Thailand Interior Designers' Association” in 1987 with further responsibilities to manage and accredit study courses in Interior Design from the various institutions and academies in line with similar overseas institutions. As a result, the association has established an international network of academics and professionals that work together cooperatively to maintain professional Interior Design standards and practice.

1. เผยแพร่ความรู้เพื่อสร้างเสริมศักยภาพในการทำงานให้กับสมาชิกและผู้ที่สนใจ
2. สร้างความรับรู้ที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพบริหารทรัพยากรอาคารต่อภาคธุรกิจและภาครัฐ
3. สร้างความตื่นตัวให้กับสังคมถึงความจำเป็นของวิชาชีพ
4. สร้างเครือข่ายของนักบริหารทรัพยากรอาคารทั้งในระดับส่วนตัวและระดับองค์กร
5. สร้างมาตรฐานวิชาชีพให้เป็นที่ยอมรับของสังคม
6. ผลักดันบทบาท, เพิ่มอำนาจต่อรองและโอกาสงานให้กับสมาชิก

วัตถุประสงค์ ของสมาคมวิชาชีพการบริหารทรัพยากรอาคาร สมาคมเป็นศูนย์รวมของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพการบริหารทรัพยากรอาคาร และผู้ที่มีความสนใจ ในวิชาชีพการบริหารทรัพยากรอาคาร มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้
1) มุ่งบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ในการสรรค์สร้างความเจริญและการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนของเมือง และสิ่งแวดล้อม ความเจริญงดงามทางสถาปัตยกรรม และสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมทั้งรักษาอารยธรรมของชาติ ในฐานะองค์กรทางวิชาชีพอิสระการบริหารงานทัพยากรอาคาร
2) เสริมสร้างความสมัครสมานสามัคคี ในหมู่มวลสามาชิก เพื่อดำรงไว้ซึ่งเกียรติและศักดิ์ศรี รวมทั้ง เสริมสร้างความเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกันในกิจกรรมที่เป็นประโยนช์ต่อการประกอบวิชาชีพของสมาชิกและต่อสังคม
3) ให้ความรู้ คำปรึกษาทางวิชาชีพ วิชาการ และสิทธิประโยชน์แก่สมาชิกและสังคม
4) สนับสนุน และเผยแพร่ การศึกษา ค้นคว้า การวิจัยและพัฒนา เพื่อความก้าวหน้าในการประกอบวิชาชีพการบริหารทรัพยากรอาคาร และทันกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามยุคสมัย
5) ให้ความร่วมมือกับบหน่วยงานของรัฐ องค์กรและสถาบัน ทั้งภายในประเทศและภายนอกประเทศเพื่อพัฒนาและเผยแพร่ บทบาท และหน้าที่ของผู้บริหารทรัพยากรอาคาร ให้วิชาชีพการบริหารทรัพยากรอาคารเป็นที่เชื่อถือ ศรัทธาของประชาชน
6) พัฒนาและติดตามการปฎิบัติตามพันธะกรณีว่าด้วยการให้บริการและจรรยาบรรณแห่งวิชาชีพการบริหารทรัพยากรอาคาร เพื่อประโยชน์ของสมาชิกและประชาชน
7) กำหนดกฏระเบียบและให้การรับรองมาตราฐาน เกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพการบริหารทรัพยากรอาคาร
